The JCSC-05 is a CO2 cleaning equipment designed for the high-precision electronics industry. The system mainly consists of a power box, spray gun, and connecting cables. The power box is connected to liquid CO2 and compressed air. After passing through the power box, the liquid CO2 is transformed into dry ice particles. With the assistance of compressed air, the dry ice forms a snow-like mixture that impacts the product surface. The dry ice instantly explodes, expanding its volume by 800 times, effectively removing particles and organic matter from the product surface.
